Privacy Policy Last revised 6 July 2026 Introduction DSR Corporation (" Company ", " We ", or " DSR ") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. DSR develops and provides DSR Docs (the " Product "), a self-hosted documentation platform that customers deploy and run on their own infrastructure. DSR also operates a hosted evaluation instance of DSR Docs for demonstration purposes. This policy describes The types of information we may collect from you, or that you may provide, when you purchase, evaluate, deploy, or receive support for DSR Docs. Our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information. Because DSR Docs is self-hosted , the content, user accounts, and data you create and process within your own DSR Docs instance remain on your infrastructure and under your control. DSR does not host, access, or collect that data except as described in "Email and Support" below. This policy DOES NOT apply to information we collect on any other Company websites or products, which have their own privacy policies. Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information. By purchasing, evaluating, or using DSR Docs, you agree to this privacy policy. Children Under the Age of 16 DSR Docs is not intended for children under 16 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 16, please contact us at docs@dsr-corporation.com. Information We Collect and How We Collect It We collect information from and about users of DSR Docs only When you purchase or license the Product. When you evaluate the Product using our hosted demonstration instance. When you contact us for technical support. Self-Hosted Deployments When you deploy DSR Docs on your own infrastructure, all documentation content, user accounts, credentials, uploaded files, and any other data processed by the Product are stored on your systems and are owned and controlled solely by you . DSR has no access to that data and does not collect it. Purchase and Licensing Information If you purchase or license the Product, we collect the contact and billing details needed to fulfill and administer your order — typically the name, email address, organization, and (where applicable) telephone number of your representative, together with your license and term details (collectively " Personal Data "). We process such Personal Data only where we have identified a specific purpose and a legal basis to do so, as described below. Hosted Evaluation Instance If you sign in to our hosted demonstration instance, we collect the email address you use for passwordless ("magic link") sign-in, together with basic technical logs (such as request timestamps and IP address) that our servers generate to operate and secure the demonstration. The demonstration instance is provided for evaluation only and should not be used to store confidential or production data. Email and Support When you contact us for technical support, we collect your name, email address, and any other information you choose to provide. This Personal Data is used solely to provide technical support. If troubleshooting requires access to your environment, we will request it and access it only with your consent and via a secure connection. Except for access you expressly grant us in order to provide support, we have no other access to the Product or to the content and data you process using it, including Personal Data. All content and data you process and store using the Product is owned and controlled solely by you. How We Use Your Information We use the information we collect, including Personal Data, solely to Provide you with the Product and any other information, products, or services you request from us. Fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it. Give you notices about your license, including expiration and renewal notices. Notify you when Product updates or security fixes are available. Carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contract entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection. Third-Party Integrations DSR Docs can connect to external services you configure — for example, a git remote for content sync, an SMTP provider for sign-in emails, or an OpenAPI/GraphQL/Doxygen source. Any credentials, tokens, or configuration for such integrations are stored within your own DSR Docs instance and are used solely to enable the functionality you have configured. They are not transmitted to or stored by DSR, and are not shared with any third parties outside the scope of the integration's intended use. Disclosure of Your Information We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide To our subsidiaries and affiliates. To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep Personal Data confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them. To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of DSR Corporation's assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Data held by DSR concerning our customers is among the assets transferred. To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request. To enforce our rights arising from any contract entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection. Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Data You may send us an email at docs@dsr-corporation.com to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information you have provided to us. Data Security Personal Data that we hold — such as purchase, licensing, and support information — is stored on DSR servers located in Denver, USA, with restricted access; only authorized DSR personnel may access it, and only to the extent required for the performance of their job duties. All personnel with access to such data are required to sign a non-disclosure agreement and complete security and privacy awareness training. In addition, we take reasonable precautions to prevent the loss, misuse, or alteration of Personal Data. Data controlled by you within a self-hosted DSR Docs instance is secured by you as part of your own infrastructure. The Product provides security features — including passwordless authentication and role-based access control — but the security of your deployment, including the confidentiality of credentials and access, remains your responsibility. Transmission of information over the Internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the Internet. You retain the entire responsibility at all times for the supervision, management, control, and confidentiality of your data, including Personal Data, and assume the entire risk for any fraudulent or unauthorized use of it. Changes to Our Privacy Policy We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we treat Personal Data, we will notify you by email to the address associated with your account and/or through a notice on our website. The date this privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of this page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date, active, and deliverable email address for you, and for periodically reviewing this policy to check for any changes.
